Information We Collect

Quote and booking information. When you fill out a quote form, call, text, or email us, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you're interested in, your preferred day, and any details you include in your message.

Device information. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, the pages you view, and the website or search terms that referred you to us. We collect this using:

• Cookies — small data files placed on your device. We use them to remember where you entered the Site and, if you arrived from an ad, which campaign brought you. To learn more or disable cookies, visit allaboutcookies.org.
• Log files — which record your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and date/time stamps.
• Ad-click identifiers — if you reach us by clicking an ad (Google, Bing, or Facebook), we record the click identifier those platforms attach to the link so we know which ad brought you.

What we do not collect online. We do not process payments through the Site, so we never collect credit card or bank details online. Payment happens in person, after the work is done and you've checked it.

How We Use Your Information

• To quote, schedule, and perform the cleaning services you request.
• To communicate with you about your appointment, estimate, or questions.
• To screen form submissions for spam and fraud (see reCAPTCHA below).
• To understand which of our advertising and pages actually bring customers, so we can improve the Site and our marketing.

We use your details to quote and schedule your job — nothing else. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other marketers.

Sharing Your Information

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the business:

• Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from bots. Your use of it is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Google Analytics and advertising platforms help us understand how visitors use the Site and measure our ads. You can read Google's policy at google.com/policies/privacy and opt out of Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Automation and hosting providers that deliver your quote request to our team and keep the Site running.

We may also share personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioral Advertising

We use your information to show you advertising we believe may interest you — for example, reminding you about us after you've visited the Site. Please note that we do not alter the Site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Data Retention

When you send a quote request through the Site, we keep that request for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. To request deletion, email us at service@totalcleanny.com and we'll take care of it.

Our 14-Day Re-Clean Guarantee

Tell the technician before they pack up and they'll re-treat it on the spot. If the same stain comes back call within 14 days and we come back at no charge. This guarantee covers re-treatment of the originally cleaned areas and doesn't cover new stains, damage unrelated to our work, or conditions we identified as permanent during the walkthrough (which we always tell you about before we start).

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "last updated" date at the top will always tell you when it last changed.
